General Details:
And what makes a "housing vulnerability?"
In a nutshell, it's anything from paying more than 30% of your monthly income on housing related costs, to being in an overcrowded house, renting a room that might now be available soon, or being a senior whose house is too big and has become hard to handle.
"We want to make sure we are planning, as a region and as communities, for both the average person, and the most vulnerable to have access to the housing they need. We need to ensure that there is a continuum of housing for all, from youth entering the housing market to seniors, from low-income singles to middle-class families, we need it all." (MWHN Wellness First Committee)
