North Island College and Community partners want to have a food processing hub on the North Island, and are looking for interested people. Do you work in food service, production, products, a farmers market or in food production or distribution of any sort, or do you just want to give back to your community in a fun and nurturing way?
Please join in and explore potential opportunities for the advancement of a regional food innovation and processing hub.
North Island College is developing a feasibility study to be presented to the Ministry of Agriculture within a month. They have arranged a “virtual meeting” between the Port Hardy and Campbell River campuses for you to participate in the discussion - this is the planning stage, and then we can launch into action. Please join in, or read below for more information.
