The Mount Waddington Health Network is committed to working as an agent for advocacy and engagement in public policy and project development. Only one of the avenues available for advocacy and feedback is the Government of British Columbia website dedicated to public engagement.
govTogetherBC this is a place where people can browse projects by categories and issues that matter to you. Additionally, as a result of these engagements, the Government has launched a site called Your Input, Your Impact, where the public can access past project results and find out how public inout collected through past citizen engagement projects has formed government decisions, policy and legislation.
Currently, there is an opportunities for engagement with the Provincial Government on the topic of mental health and addictions strategies, where the government has provided an input form titled: Helping Change Mental Health and Addictions Services in B.C.
